Absolutely!
Although we use the calmest and gentlest techniques possible, sometimes we cannot overcome a prior trauma or severe anxiety.
A doctor’s consultation can determine if short acting anxiolytic therapy, sedation, or anesthesia is the best option to eliminate fear and stress in this process.
3. Is grooming all that important?
Definitely. Unmanaged hair coats and overgrown nails are painful.
